Akropolis Group Secures €130 Million Financing for Its Property Portfolio

On 6 November, Akropolis Group signed a seven-year €130 million loan agreement with Swedbank, with most of the financing allocated to refinancing the loan for Akropolis Vilnius. The company operates five shopping and entertainment centres in Lithuania and Latvia and reported first-half revenue of €81.6 million.
