Albania Presents ALL 976 Billion Draft Budget for 2027

On 2 November, Albania presented a draft budget proposing ALL 976 billion (approximately €10.1 billion) in public expenditure and ALL 907.9 billion in revenue, with a projected deficit of ALL 68 billion. Most financing is expected through long-term government securities. The proposal creates opportunities in public finance, debt-market research and investment analysis.
